Terms and conditions – Congadrumming.com

Deposits

We require a deposit to be taken to confirm the booking af any given event. This deposit is non refundable. In the case where an event’s date has to be changed by the person who made the booking, we are more than happy to transfer that deposit to the new date, if CongaDrumming.com is available for the new intended date. If CongaDrumming.com is not available for the new intended date the deposit will not be refunded. We make every effort to be flexible in the case where an event’s date has to be chaged by the client for whatever reason.

Guarantee

We guarantee that we will provide every element that we have described to the client in the booking process. That includes personnel (DJ, percussionist, Vocalist, etc) PA system, lighting, and whatever has been else has been agreed. In the case where any element that has been offered is not provided, compensation will be provided, to the value of that element.

CANCELLATION

In the event where an event is cancelled, by the client, after a booking has been made and a deposit paid to CongaDrumming.com, the deposit will not be refunded. If an event is cancelled within 24 hours of that given event CongDrumming.com will require 50% payment (50% of the total amount payable for that event).

Time and date changes

Whilst we aim to be as flexible and understanding as we can, there are occassions where after an event has been confirmed and a deposit paid, that we may be NOT be available if the a date change is requested (due to other bookings on that intended date). If Congadrumming.com is available for the new intended date we are more than happy to change the date.
